GroundZeroe Refund Policy

At GroundZeroe, we are committed to providing high-quality digital upskilling content and tools. Please review our policy below for eligibility.

1. Training Courses and Digital Products (Including eBooks)

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the nature of digital media, which, upon purchase, provides you with immediate and full access to the product’s intellectual property. As our products are digital goods and not physical items that can be returned, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

  • Nature of the Product: Once a purchase is completed, you gain instant access to the entire product. Since we cannot retract access or reclaim the knowledge transferred, all sales are final.
  • Informed Purchase Decision: We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly review the comprehensive product details, course curriculum, and any available free previews before committing to a purchase. Our customer support team is available to answer any pre-sales questions to ensure the product meets your expectations.
  • Risk Mitigation: Our digital products are strategically priced to be accessible and to minimize the financial risk for our customers.
  • Intellectual Property: By purchasing a digital product, you are paying for access to proprietary information and intellectual property, which is delivered in full upon sale completion.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy for all digital products.

2. Premium Tools/Software Subscriptions

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Generally non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
  • Annual Subscriptions: May be eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled within the first 30 days of the subscription term. After 30 days, fees are non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • All digital products, including but not limited to online courses, eBooks, videos, and downloadable content.
  • Products or services purchased at a discounted or promotional price.
  • Services that have been fully rendered (e.g., one-on-one consulting).
  • Free tools or content.

4. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your recurring subscription for tools/software at any time through your account dashboard. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of the current billing period, except as explicitly stated for annual subscriptions in Section 2.
